The Halim Clinic is pleased to announce the opening of a satellite clinic in partnership with the Perrysburg Heights Community Association (PHCA). The satellite clinic aims to expand access to healthcare in Perrysburg Heights and surrounding areas. To schedule an appointment, call or text us at (567) 318-4609 or email us at contact@halimclinic.org for any questions. Our hours are from 5 pm to 9 pm every Monday.

Please note that the satellite clinic provides medical services only.
Services
Currently, we offer primary care through our board-certified physicians who are joined by an interdisciplinary team of students. Our specialists come from a range of medical backgrounds with an emphasis on primary care and internal medical services. If you have a specific question, be sure to call in or check our calendar to see if the specialist on duty will be able to assist you that day. Services being offered at every clinic include, but is not limited to:
Basic wellness check-ups
Physical examinations
Cardiovascular (blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.)
Endocrinology (diabetes)
Gastrointestinal (GERD, gastric ulcers)
Hematological (anemia)
Musculoskeletal (arthritis, sports medicine, etc.)
Preventative health/screening
Pulmonology (asthma, URI, etc.)
TeleMedicine (medication refill, lab results, etc.)
Disclaimer: Due to the nature of our clinic, we are unable to write prescriptions for scheduled/controlled drugs and narcotics. We also cannot provide prenatal care.
We do not provide EMERGENCY medical services.
In case of emergencies, please seek medical attention at your nearest emergency department or call 911.

Halim Clinic does not cover any charges outside of services within the clinic or Pathology Laboratories.
We cover 100% of the costs for the following services:
Dental, Medical, or Telemedicine appointments at Halim Clinic.
Lab work that is completed at any Pathology Laboratories location. Cannot be any other lab.
Any charges outside of the listed services that we offer is the responsibility of the patient, NOT Halim Clinic.
Note: the satellite clinic does not have an in-house pharmacy; furthermore, all prescriptions will be sent to external pharmacies.
